KOTC 1v1 Asia League Circuit 4: Royal Rumble
Prepare for an exhilarating basketball showdown like no other! The Royal Rumble Basketball Tournament brings together the thrill of 1v1 basketball with the strategy and teamwork of 3-player teams. This unique format will keep both players and spectators on the edge of their seats as teams battle for supremacy on the court.
Event Format:
Gameplay:
- The match begins with one player from each team on the court.
- Each game is played in a 1v1 format until a player scores.
- When a player scores, they stay on the court, and the losing team rotates their next player in.
- This rotation continues until one team reaches 15 points or the 10-minute timer runs out.
- The team with the most points at the end of 10 minutes or the first team to reach 15 points wins the match.
Rules:
- Scoring:
- Baskets within the three-point line count for 1 point.
- Baskets beyond the three-point line count for 2 points.
Rotation:
- Players rotate each time a score is made, with the scoring player remaining on the court.
- The next player from the losing team comes in to continue the match.
Fouls:
- Standard basketball fouls apply.
- A player who accumulates five personal fouls is fouled out.
Timeouts:
- Each team is allowed one 30-second timeout per match.

Waiver and Release of Liability:
By checking out this application, this acts as a waiver and release, I voluntarily participate in the KOTC Circuit 4 : Royal Rumble Sessions offered by KOTC Sports Pte Ltd. I am aware that participation in basketball involves inherent risks of physical injury. I agree to accept all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and death.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue KOTC Sports Pte Ltd , its directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, agents, and any other parties involved in the organization and running of the KOTC events from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, or while on the premises where the event is conducted.
Assumption of Risks:
I understand the nature of basketball activities and acknowledge my physical and mental abilities for such activities. I agree that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being while participating in these sessions.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KOTC Sports Pte Ltd from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the event. I understand that this waiver of liability and indemnity agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the participant and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.
Medical Release:
In the event of an accident or illness, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable. I agree that I am responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with my participation in the event.
Acknowledgment of Understanding:
I have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
