The white leather-like upper, black tongue tab and black laces give the shoe a nice color-blocking look. The premium looking tongue is embroidered with Zion Williamson's signature and adds nice color accents with the turquoise stitching. Another Zion signature can be found on the black insole. The lining as well as the insole are in a plain black. The tongue tabs consist of a leather strap in white and receive another color accent with a pink "ZOOM AIR" lettering. An additional color highlight is the Jumpman in a neon green in the heel area of the shoe.

Calculating the Correction Weight Using the acquired measurements, the program automatically determines the required corrective weight’s mass and angular position. The results of the calculation are shown both numerically and visually through charts and graphs.



Installing the Correction Weight Attach the computed compensating weight to the rotor as indicated by the software’s output. If necessary, perform intermediate checks to verify that the imbalance is being reduced.



Validation and Conclusion of the Balancing Process After installing the correction weight, run the rotor again and check the residual vibration level. If the vibration level is within acceptable limits (according to ISO 1940), the balancing is complete. If the vibration is still outside acceptable limits, reiterate the process and fine-tune the compensating weight. Report Generation The balancing results are saved in the software’s archive. You can create and print a report containing vibration data, correction weight mass, and its installation angle. Post-Balancing Checklist Double-check that all weights and sensors are securely fastened. Confirm that the rotor spins freely and quietly, without any unusual sounds or vibrations. In cases where the rotor is integrated into a more complex system, ensure the correct operation and interaction of all related components.

By implementing this method, you can effectively eliminate imbalance, reduce vibration levels, and increase the lifespan of the machinery.
